A competition licence is what lets an archer enter competitions for your club. You manage it from the member's own page.

Add a licence

1. Open the member from the Members list.
2. Find the Licence area and press Add licence. A panel slides up from the bottom.
3. Pick the licence type (for example Standard).
4. Pick the age class. The list only offers age classes that fit the member's age, so you can't pick an impossible one.
5. Press Save.

The licence appears on the member straight away, and the club's Active licences number on the dashboard goes up.

Change the age class

If an archer moves up an age class, press Change age class on the licence, pick the new class and save. (If you pick the same class again nothing happens — that's expected.)

Cancel a licence

Press Cancel on the licence row and confirm. The licence is removed and the archer no longer counts as licensed for your club.

You can only change or cancel licences that belong to your club. If an archer also has a licence through another club, that one is shown for information but is greyed out — only their own club can touch it.
