Open a competition's report
Event
The report is the organiser's summary: who took part, who worked, and how it went.
Before you start: nothing.
Steps
- Open Completed Events.
- Press the document icon on the competition's row.
Reading the icon's colour
The colour tells you whether the report is finished before you open it:
| Colour | Means |
|---|---|
| Green | The report is final |
| Yellow | The report is preliminary |
| Grey | No report yet |
You'll know it worked
The report page shows participants per division and age class, the finalists, the organiser's officials and the Federation Assignments (judges are marked with a shield).
If it goes wrong
- The icon is grey and won't open → the organiser hasn't submitted a report for that competition.
Tip: a yellow icon means the figures can still change — the organiser isn't finished.
